Recommend tires for PNW

2016 prius 3 on 15" wheels. I have tried searching for THE answer among the forum, but haven't found the definitive answer I am looking for. I spend most of my time driving commuting roughly 60 miles round trip m-f from portland to hillsboro, I drive like a senior citizen 95% of the time. I would like a tire that is semi quiet, good in wet weather, acceptable in snow, and doesn't lose its ride quality after 30k miles. The options I am heavily considering are, Continental truecontact tour or procontact tx, yokohama avid ascend gt and avid s33, nokian one or solstice 4, general altimax rt45. Thank you
