Manistee, MI (June 16-18, 2006) – Summer is upon us and with it comes the Michigan Energy Fair… now only 16 days away! Please visit www.glrea.org to register now for this exciting event.

Offering four fantastic keynote speakers, over 50 educational workshops, dozens of exhibitors, tasty local foods and more, the Michigan Energy Fair is not to be missed! Learn about renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable living in a fun, festival atmosphere.

The Fair is also pleased to feature additional special events such as a special Kid’s Day on Saturday and renewable energy tours throughout the weekend. Don’t miss the delicious opening banquet on Friday evening, followed with music by Louisiana zydeco band Same Ole’ 2 Step with Lil’ Guyland. Saturday evening entertainment features Michigan favorite Steppin’ In It.
