    Hi there,
I’m looking for some advice regarding what to do with my 2010 Prius with just over 200k miles. I was quoted $2200 by a local shop to replace the master cylinder, booster and pump. They additionally wanted $2k to clean the egr valve and intake manifold but after looking on here that appears to be something I might take on myself.
I have the option to sell the Prius as is for a cheap price and take some time to buy a used car or repair my car and hope no substantial issues arise in the next year or 2. Any advice on what you would do in my position?

i would start by gauging the used car market. prices are red hot! what could you get for yours if repaired, and what will you have to pay for another.
