Replace Center High Mount Stop Light for Prius Prime 2017

I have prius prime 2017 and want to replace center high mount stop light (81006-47041). Please let me know if anyone has done this by themselves and is it very difficult? I went to Toyota Service center and they are charging $169 just to give a replacement cost estimate. The rear center light works perfectly fine, just that there is a tiny broken piece while I was backing into my garage and I want to replace it.
