replacement 06 Prius HID bulb sources outside WA? (so no Amazon)

Ok... here goes, for yet another HID thread. My 06 Prius' passenger HID winked out on me once over the weekend. I'm just a bit past the 5 year/50K warranty per the class action suit and have called my dealer yet. Don't know if they'll fix it for free (doubt it) so I'm prepared to DIY, if they don't.

It seems people have been pointing tohttp://www.amazon.com/dp/product/B00480J4J6?tag=priuschatcom-20 as a replacement. Is this the right bulb?

Someone else was looking for cheaper ones and found Maxluxes (never heard of these guys before) but perhttp://www.amazon.com/dp/product/B003NAQTZO?tag=priuschatcom-20 they aren't cheaper.

I figure I'll order 2 and keep 1 as a spare. I suspect the driver's side one will go out soon anyway.

Amazon's in WA state, so I'd have to pay sales tax. Any other preferred sources, preferably for either the Phillips D4R or something else people like? I'm a little wary of no names as it could be penny wise, pound foolish and just a waste of time for me to change them again, prematurely.

I'd rather not screw around w/Ebay.
