replacing convex with flat mirror

    I do not like the convex mirror that is on passenger side.
    objects always look further then they are.
    this is a real pain in heavy traffic when i need to change the lane.

    is there an alternative, either factory or aftermarket, so that i can replace it with a flat mirror, just like the one on driver side?
