Hello everyone I replaced the battery with my own design. With a larger capacity. Does anyone know how to reprogram the battery control unit? For example, so that it can charge up to 100% and discharge up to 10%?

Interesting project... Toyota doesn't allow access to their proprietary firmware so most battery upgrades are designed to prevent the battery controller from throwing warning lights. Not an easy thing to do.

Honda on the other hand isn't as difficult and I've been working with a guy named @mudder over at Insight Central who built a battery controller for Gen1 Honda that has settings you can adjust as you drive as well as use battery packs as big as 60s. Sure wish we had this for Toyotas: Linsight
