Returning Hybrids to Virgnia HOV Lanes

    Since June 2011 Hybrids no longer qualify for the I-66 HOV lanes. Is anyone advocating for allowing high MPG equivalent vehicles (e.g., Plug-in Prius, Chevy Volt or Nissan Leaf) back into the I-66 and perhaps I-95/395 HOV lanes?
