Not a bad review -- pretty fair comments all around.

The reviewer did make a mistake, however, by suggesting the iPhone cannot receive a call while connected for audio streaming. Both can be working, you simply have to have the audio and phone BT hookups using the same name and password.

I agree. Very fair review. However, the reviewer made another mistake by suggesting the "reverse beeps" caution pedestrians, since the Prius is so quiet. These beeps are heard only IN the vehicle, not from the outside.

Well to be fair a pedestrian would probably hear the Prius driver cussing the beeping.

More to the point, the reviewer said there is no iPod integration available. It will be in September.

I love it when he says you can feel smug about saving gas. I guess when he reviews a BMW he can say you can feel smug about driving around corners fast, and the Hummer you can feel smug about wasting gas. Why is it reported we are smug to want to use less and pollute less? Its just pure Prius envy!!!

    Re: review on CNET

    This video annoyed me somewhat.

It really seems like that needed a category for cabin comfort or size.

Also, from driving the civic hybrid, and the insight before I decided on the prius, I can safely say that the insight is not well performing. The prius has much more acceleration than the insight. However, I could see that one may not think so initially because the prius seems to shut down the gas engine more often at a stop.

When I drove the insight I only once saw it shut down the gas engine. That time was when I shut off the AC which makes me wonder if the AC is tied to the gas engine somehow. If so, that would be additionally marks against the insight.

    Re: review on CNET

Entertaining, but laughable. I don't think most would mind an apparent slight less get up and go in the Pri (if true at all).

I think many would mind not being able to fit anyone over 5'8" in the back seat of their Insight.
