My c is showing signs of rusting lug nuts and undercoating wearing away in the rear wheel wells. Would these be covered under my Toyota Bumper to Bumper EXTENDED warranty? I emailed the service manager at my local dealer but I haven't heard back yet.

Those look like cosmetic issues to me, which I strongly doubt would be covered by the warranty.

The lug nuts appear to be rusting from impact damage as a result of using a generic socket to remove said nuts.
    IMO...no.
(Do a net search and you'll find specific wheel sockets that are typically lined plus outside coated with plastic to prevent scratches/ damage).

    Wheel well...can't tell.
Is that an OEM finish or dealer installed under coat?
    Why is it cracking?
Road impacts, product shrinking from age/ drying, body flex?
    IMO...no.
Dealer may reapply coating no charge as good will, yet simple enough for you to do if so inclined.

Have fun....these are easy DIY projects.

The undercoat tustve been put there form the factory. If the dealer put it out which is doubtful then they did it without my permission. I bought the car new so I'm aware of everything that has been done to it.

I doubt either issue will be covered by any warranty.

For the wheel well; OEM wheels and tires? Hit any potholes really hard to allow the tire to brush against the undercoating?

For the lug nuts, I believe rust warranty is body only and then only if a hole is rusted thru the metal.

Yes the rims are OEM and it had OEM tires on it for most of its 37k. Now it has Ecopias on it.
