If I purchase a satellite radio from the dealer, does that mean it will be integrated into the Nav system display?

If I purchase the sat radio on my own, does that mean I must buy an additional device to make the integration happen?

Excuse the additional questions, but I am an audio imbecile.

Are you saying if I buy a third party sat radio I do not have to purchase a device to make the sat display come up on the nav system?

Is there any advantage to ordering the sat radio from Toyota?

Every sat radio is 3rd party. You can buy the exact same one that Toyota would have sold you for $100's less.
The sat radio is the complete integration kit. Check out the Priuschat shop for one or PM Metro, he sells them as well.
