Just got a 2011 prius 2. Salesman said if I just call sirius and transfer my account I 'll have satellite. Didn't work! Sirius there's no chip to get reception. Put my old one in with the antenna and the cable for the auxilliary jack. Radio says "no antenna", and the damn salesman won't call back. Any ideas?
    Thanks!

I tried that dipper. The radio works but I get a "no antenna" message and no sound comes out.

In most cases, there are TWO antennas; one for AM/FM and a much smaller one for XM.
The obvious answer is: You didn't hook everything up right.

Probably so. I have a buddy who can maybe help me but it's not rocket science. I had to pull out my radio in my matrix to put in the auxillary cable..
I shouldn't have to do that now since I have an auxillary jack.
