Satnav voice volume

    Can the volume on the Satnav voice be increased? Just bought a 2013 Prius Persona and the voice is so low it is difficult to hear most of the instructions - I've tried to increas volume with the audio controls without success - any suggestions or is this something that needs to be looked at in the service department?
