    Hi -

Is it possible to plug the ScanGauge II into my computer and read the data from it (either via a tool or through code)?

    Thanks.

Not with the current design. Some other OBD2 units have this feature, but few support the Prius well.

You can try Torque for Android devices or my PriiDash for laptops. Good luck! :)

I am using Kiwi Bluetooth version from PLX. It should be able to connect to computer with Bluetooth (seen as a Com port).

The advantage of it is, I can use an Android device with Torque software to display a bunch of hybrid specific information. See my signature for more info.

You can also get OBDLink SX for $49.99 and you can pull the data from computer with PriiDash software also.
