Seat Belt problem after hail damage repair to roof

So I had my car to the local auto body shop last week where they repaired the hail damage to my roof by removing the headliner and doing whatever they do.

Apparently they must have removed the two pillars on either side of the car that house the seat belt assemblies, because today when I was going to pick up the car, the seat belts do not travel normally. Its hard to state exactly what is wrong, but its definitely screwed up. Also, the height adjustment on both sides do not work at all. You cannot raise the height. Anyone know what the auto body guys screwed up? I left the car with them and told them to fix it.. but if anyone can help me help them, I'd sure appreciated it. Thanks!!
