So I just got a 2011 Prius IV. Overall, I like it a lot, but I do have to admit that the seats aren't the most comfy in the world. I'm talking about the underlying frame and padding. Maybe it's a matter of getting something to fit under my knees/lower thighs (so my butt sits a bit lower in relation). Wondering if anyone can advise a good aftermarket purchase?

Today I went to the hardware store and bought some 3/8" washers. I wanted the front of the seat higher so I removed the two bolts that hold down the front of the seat, inserted three washers on each side and bolted it back together. The stock bolts still had plenty of thread to hold everything together. I'll have to take a long drive to be sure, but it feels more comfortable and gives my legs more support.

Thanks! This definitely sounds like something worth looking into.
