learned a new word today.

 

if they don't get penalized, it won't end. even if they do, big oil ain't gonna give up that easily. if i were musk, i would have several bodyguards.

it is now clear why musk dislikes the media so much.

 

.. and the irony is that the only lawsuit in all this is the one against Tesla / Elon for misleading investors. As far as I'm concerned there's a shortage of fair and accurate information coming out of everybody.

 

twitter is like truth serum, refreshing.

 

As much fun as AM radio in a thunder storm or CB radio. CB radio, the one that works if you are close enough to roll down the window and shout.

Hope the doxers are good at sleeping with one eye open. That's just objectively bad behavior, and it sounds like the victim now has a lot more free time.

 

You would first have to document the dollar value of a loss to have standing. Bad speech is not a crime unless it results in a monetary loss or injury.

So... I think I need to call you on this. You've used somebody's name in your first post in this thread. Have you submitted any kind of report to any law enforcement agency?

I'll admit, I don't have much at stake either way... I'll accept a regulatory agency in place of law enforcement body, and i'm willing to take el Crucero's word that a report of some kind has been submitted. I just don't want to find out that he's posted some guy's name in a negative light in a vigilante fashion as referenced in post #10.

 

I'd think it would be enough to provide a link to such news. And I thank you for doing so in that first post. It just looks like you went out of your way to literally name and shame this individual even after appropriate authority was involved. I realize everyone gets to set their own standards here, I just wish you'd consider raising yours.
