I bought my 2007 Prius at Berkeley Toy. with the pre-paid coupons for service. I have to say I was a bit
nervous as to how it work... But yesterday I took my car into SF Toyota (you can make an appt. online, which is really convenient) and had the first service including rotating the tires. Using my prepaid coupon, it was no charge. They were great and the whole process was smooth.

Yep we use the coupons too. Of course you know I think it works out that we paid more for the coupons then the service is actually worth, because as it turns out SF Toyota always has a "discount service" program going on. Probably because SF has more auto service shops then gas stations, or is that every city? LOL

But it's like the stock market, can't predict the future (when we bought the coupons). ;)
