Should I buy 2010 Prius V package no advanced 78800 Miles

Has everything but the Advanced tech package..

They want $16,800 out the door. I'm going to try offering $16,400 out the door

its pretty much mint.. inside out.. Pearl color.. this has the LED head lights also

I ask even though its a "Toyota" "what warranty" but I never purchased a car with such high miles at about 20k a year guess im worried about millage. Its a 1 owner car
Below my asking price will be 16400 but obviously i want the "Good" Deal due to my budget; always like to be below it![IMG]

All cars are different, even if the miles are the same.

Looks clean in and out. Only you can decide if its worth it or not. I would probably go for it.

I was in your shoes a few weeks ago and almost purchased the "10 V with 40K miles for almost $20K. The reason I didn't because it wasn't as clean as I wanted to be.

Check the display where it shows the hybrid battery status, to the right off the odometer, some 2010 models have issues where that part is blurry when you look at it. Like moisture got inside.

How good a deal it is will depend a lot on your local market. Here in Phoenix KBB private party would be $16,200, dealer would be $17,800 both in Good condition. Regional variation can be pretty significant on Priuses though, and Phoenix may tend to run toward the higher end.

I would check your local KBB and see how it compares, then take it to a dealer for an inspection and check carfax for accident history. If all those check out its probably a car you could drive and enjoy for a long time. True you won't have a full warranty, but at least the hybrid system is still covered to 8yrs / 100k miles (longer if you live in a CARB state) as part of the emissions system.

    Good luck!

I'm not sure how this would help you but I bought my 2010 V back in 2013 for $14750 with the advance package and 59000 miles. I had to replace the rear bumper and 1 cracked rear tail light, someone bumped into the corner. There were dings on one fender and I fixed that at the same time I changed the bumper.

I purchased another 2008, even though I wanted at least a 2010 3rd gen., for modification purposes. Got it for a great price couldn't pass it up. Fully loaded
