Should I place a catalytic converter bumper sticker deterrent?

I just got a Millercat stainless steel catalytic converter shield installed, and am wondering whether I should place the stickers that state that my catalytic converter is protected by a shield.

I worry that by placing the stickers, I am basically baiting the thieves to come back with better equipment. Or that I am aggravating them by outwardly demonstrating that I'm protected. I worry it will only clearly communicate what's under the car so that they can better prepare.

This was also asked here, and I think this user sums it up well. I'm just asking again to refresh the question as there weren't many clear responses.

the sticker would at least assist and save time for the prospective thieves with inappropriate tools to skip your car and attract only those who have watched the YouTube videos on how to defeat them.

i would put them all over the car. most thieves aren't looking for a challenge, they want the quickest, easiest job, and there are plenty of unprotected prius to choose from

    I wouldn't and didn't.

Stainless steel and special security fasteners mean nothing to a thief equipped with a battery powered angle grinder.

The edge of the wheel will make quick work of taking off the heads of the fasteners.

The shield is only a theft deterrent; nothing more.

then why get one if you don't think stickers are a deterrent?
    1) thief doesn't care about stickers
    2) thief jacks up your car whether stickered or not.
    3) thief has angle grinder at the ready
    4) thief cuts out your heart whether protected or not

or: thief sees protector, changes his mind then, lets car down and moves on? i don't buy it

What did you decide? I would argue that putting the sticker may help thieves 'prepare' for robbing your vehicle. Element of surprise is always the best. I wonder if we can wire in some sort of ink bomb like they have in safes to mark bank robbers.

maybe the stickers should say: 'this car has no cat'
