    PC'ers,

I wanted to take a little bit of my time to apologize for disappearing. I've been extremely busy as of late. I've been working some long hours, both at work and at home. I'm also not driving the Prius much anymore. My wife and I have switched vehicles. I'm driving a 2001 Corolla LE, so I'm still a Toyota driver. I do drive the Prius from time to time. The main reason for the vehicle switch is the safety issue. The Prius is a safer vehicle, especially when you're driving for two. That's right, my wife is pregnant. We're early in the second trimester and everyone is doing well.

I'll try and keep you all posted on how things are going. And I'll try to get on here a little more often. It should be easier now that my wife is feeling better.

To Michael: Congratulations! I don't remember you saying she was pregnant. Well done, my man!!

To PC-world: Though her reasons for doing so are what Michael describes, I bet she simply took the Prius away! :p

So, in 3 short months you'll need to be transporting your gorgeous, fragile, newborn child in the DANGEROUSLY UNSAFE Corolla while it SPEWS FILTHY SMOG AND CO2 into the air!?

Sounds to me like it is imperative that you trade it in ASAP for a brand spanking new shiny clean and safe Prius!!!

    Congrats dude.

6 months, Evan. We're in the beginning of the second trimester. Aren't you doctors supposed to know that stuff?

If I ever find myself in Nixa, MO in the ER, I'll be sure to make things extra clear when talking to the doctor...

Well, I suppose that's a reasonable excuse for just upping and leaving us like that. Is this your first, you lucky couple? Say hello to little Skwyre8 for us. :)
