    Remember when they were saying certain levels of gen 4 Prius, sans spare, came with both spare and "tire repair kit". I emailed them about it, with screen shots, hand-puppets, everything I could throw in, and they responded with words to the effect of "everything is correct as shown".

    It must have something to do with this Block Heater. I thought Toyota was trying to make customers less confused with Plug-ins. Maybe the Canadian market likes a little confusion.
