Watching the video I notice your headlamps appear to be out of alignment. This could be due to the angle that the car was parked in the workshop or the camera angle, but looking at where the headlights hit the tiles the left hand lamp is set considerably lower than the right hand light.

I think it's more the way it is parked but will take a look tomorrow. I've been meaning to ask you John, the left bulb takes a couple of seconds longer to get up to temperature than the right - is it anything to be worried about?

To be honest this is not something I have come across.
It could be a difference in the two inveters but is more likely to be slight differences in the gas pressure in the bulbs. If it were not so difficult to change them I would say swap them from side to side. If the "problem" moves it is the bulb if it stays the same it is the inverter.
However as long as when fully lit the brightness levels are the same it is not really a problem.
One other thing to check is the ground wire to chassis on the slower one as a bad ground could reduce the current at start up the time when the lamps draw the most current, reducing the voltage available to the inverter across a resistive connection.
