I've had four codes come up after replacing the CVT fluid, spark plugs, and 12v. It's reading C1256 (brake pump) C1241 (12v battery) C1300 (skid control ecu) P1116 (coolant). Have hooked it up to techsteam and cleared the codes and done the power button hold down CEL reset, but they always come back. The car drives and brakes wonderfully. Should I just just clearing them and driving? Could the repairs have caused any of this? Is the ECU malfunctioning causing codes? I need this car running to make rent any ideas that don't require a long rope?

Although it can be possible that some condition results from some repair you did, it is also possible that there are coincidences. It's too early to tell, and the next step is just the usual: get access to the repair manual (this may require prying loose fifteen dollars), and look up the codes you have read.

In the manual, you will see considerably more detailed descriptions of what those codes are telling you. A couple words in parentheses, as you post above, will not help you work out what's causing each code to be set. The information in the manual will guide you through what to check to pin the causes down.

Then you fix them. Or, if one of them turns out to not be an easy or cheap fix, you evaluate your options at that point, but nobody's at that point yet.

Is everything around the 12v battery area connected back? Brake control power supply reconnected?

What’s power button hold down cel reset?

That does nothing, only thing that resets Cels is to clear them with an code reader or disconnect the 12 volt battery.

You left the doors ajar all day and hammered the 12 volt battery and that’s the codes it throws when the 12 volt dips real low during boot up. Your also throwing a red exclamation point on boot up
But it just lights momentarily and does not log a cel. Probably borderline battery to begin with. After 12 volt disconnect and reconnect get volt meter and don’t start the car but turn on headlights and measure dc volts across jump points under hood.

    I’m guessing 10.9 volts.Toast.

As ed pointed out in post #4, your maintenance likely caused this; possibly door left open.

Do you have a smart AGM compatible 12V battery charger? If NO, get one. Post #8 has links to three popular smart AGM compatible chargers: Is my inverter coolant pump slowly failing? | PriusChat

When not driving, do you wait in the car listening to the radio, and is your phone pluged into the cigarette lighter via USB 12V charger? If so how: ACC, IG-ON, READY? A very short duration in ACC probably won't have an effect. Repeated listening in ACC might. It might be best for you listen in READY mode; the engine will come on periodically to maintain the HV Battery; as you may know, the 12V battery essentially get recharged off the HV Battery.

P1116: 3-way-coolant control valve, is bad. You can still drive with it not working properly, but do NOT be surprised at not having heat in the car. If the valve is stuck in the wrong position, no heater for the cabin. Also, when the car comes up for smog check, it won't pass due to P1116.
