So, many PHEVs have been delivered by now.

Yet one thing is conspicuously missing…PHV info on EPA's website. The Prius c, v, and liftback for 2012 have all been posted.

    Any ideas on the hold-up?

If you're referring to the green HOV stickers, the info is on the DMV site.

When I emailed fueleconomy.gov, here's what they emailed back:

Thank you for your email. Because manufacturers are responsible for testing their own vehicles and then submitting their data to the EPA for validation/certification and labeling, the manufacturers are the first ones to have those test results and they often share those numbers with the media before we receive them from the EPA. The release of fuel economy data prior to a model's arrival in showrooms is at the discretion of the manufacturer. There is no release schedule that we can refer to for when data will become available to us so we can't even state when it will be posted on our website. We can only say that we will get it posted as soon as we receive the data from the EPA.

    Sincerely,

    www.fueleconomy.gov

But the problem is that this isn't "pre-release"; it's post-release! And the window stickers themselves are already printed and attached to vehicles that are being handed off to customers. And these window stickers contain QR codes that have a URL on which the information *should* exist…except that the URL returns a 404.

    Good times.
