According to the post before, I asked opinion from all of you.
Most (seems all) of you voted NO. :(
Thank you but sorry that, I still installed the wing for my Prius.
    :p

Personally, I think it is not bad.
Only changed the style from elegance to sporty, don't you agree? :D

I think it looks good. But is it just me, or is the colour off? It doesn't seem to match. If it doesn't match, that needs to be fixed ASAP...

love the skirt.. love the wheels.. not love.. but i like them... rear wing is fun looking.. rear skirt is ok too... the thing i absolutely hate and wish there would be a law against it... is... the rear tinting on the lights. i don't get it... don't you realize this greatly reduces how well people see what your car is doing? every time i see someone with tinted lights i just want to take out my hammer and bash the light cover in... or pull out the wireless saw and cut it off... or ram the back of your car to crush them....

ok... i'm a little anger driven when it comes to these.. but... o well... point being... it doesn't look cool and it's reckless as a driver.

HK is a metropolis, this guy is going to spend 99% of his time in stop and go city traffic where aerodynamics won't matter. If his oem spoiler was left white than it would look stupid as it would look like a double spoiler, but it appears that he plasti-dipped his oem spoiler so it doesn't look too bad.

to complete the look he needs the spoiler that covers the top few inches of the hatch glass. I don't see a camera, that spoiler is going to make it hard to park, if memory serves me correctly it is illegal in HK to park nose forward you have to back into all parking spots, which should be the law of the land in this country as well.

Hi cnschult, thank you that you pointed out my idea!

" If his oem spoiler was left white than it would look stupid as it would look like a double spoiler, but it appears that he plasti-dipped his oem spoiler so it doesn't look too bad. "

But I need to correct the infomation about parking.
That is not against the law even if we don't park nose forward ~ :p
But most of the people park in that way because the car parks or parking lots in HK is so tight that if park back is much more easier when you get it in and out. :cheer2:

Looks like a Celica spoiler. It looks unique.

what is that IS logo on your car?

the toyota logo is not bad looking, except it is difficult to remove wax around it, the only toyotas i ever owned w/o the logo on the hood was my avalon and rx300, but it was still a PIA to remove wax off trunk logos.

I bought it together with my Kenstyle aero kit. ;)

you have to buy something to advertise for a company that you already spent a small fortune buying other parts for, they really couldn't throw that in for free?

so I'm playing around on that usa autostyle website and I found the perfect upper hatch spoiler for you, made by Terra Force, and since you will paint that spoiler white, and you have a white shark fin I recommend wrapping the roof in some sort of black or carbon fiber 3M wrap just like in their picture.

Just as long as you don't put a huge Voltex or APR GT wing on the car we'll be OK.

I thought about the lower spoiler painted white. Then I thought, has anyone ever painted the lower rear window on hatch to color match the rest of the car? I may have to Photoshop that idea.....Hmmm

I know that window is small but you shouldn't paint that as it is a very important window for seeing out of. I've seen people tint the large hatch window and leave that one untinted, that's how important it is.

The two windows are actually made out of different material, and here in northern climates the lower window is usually much more clear than the upper one, it always seems as though there aren't enough grid lines on the upper window and the lower window doesn't need any defroster grid lines at all.

If you paint a window and get into an accident because you couldn't see out the back your insurance carrier may not pay for the repairs . . . just a thought.
