Spam Abuse by "member"

    The Lansing Heritage Forums site has had problems with these same people before, also.

    I figured out the problem. The "Banned" usergroup still had Private Messaging enabled. I turned off their ability to PM, so the messages should definitely stop now.

    Now I just hope that the site doesn't get inundated by "Buddhist Spammers".
