    Attention All Starfleet Personnel:

Starfleet Design Department is developing a logo for the Prius-class Shuttlecraft Development Project. Never mind that this should have happened before the vessel was deployed - it's a time travel thing. ("I hate temporal mechanics." -- Miles O'Brian)

You opinion is being solicited regarding which design should be developed. Please select your choice from the options presented, and feel free to add your comment.

I voted for the white one too. It's consistent with most standard Shuttlecraft color schemes.

Okay. I voted for the starfield background. Because I like color.

But if you're putting this on the car, er, ship I like the white for it's sleek simplicity. However....I don't think the white will show up well on a white car.

So I voted for the starfield.

I don't like the green ones at all.

If you are going for classic Star Fleet then the white background is my pick, but I voted for the starfield because it looks better.

starfield background for higher level of coolness (I voted starfield)

This will not be in a prominent place on the shuttlecraft, maybe on the door jamb or on the inside of the glove box door. But it will be on the literature, the ship's log, the website, etc.

I would think that for a logo, simple is better. That starfield,
for example, is *way* too busy and makes the text almost unreadable.
The other nit is that a more *photographic* element, like the
HSD logo or a realistic picture of the car, looks slightly out
of place in a simpler line graphic -- maybe there's a better
way to work it in, but perhaps a more clip-art or drawing-like
representation of such components might work better visually.
    .
Now, all this is going to be done in hyper-ink so you can
instantly turn all the graphics into Klingon battle-cruiser
emblems when you're goofing off in the neutral zone, right?
