My lights for functions mounted on the steering wheel are toooo weak. Can they be brightened ?
Also, am I the only person concerned about the garage door opener switches on the rearview mirror not being illuminated ?
With old age we need more light

Gentex makes a newer version of the auto dimming mirror that has back light buttons.

I think it is more important to be able to see the road and things outside the car than the switches on the steering wheel and mirror. Turn down your dash lights, that helps.

Consensus has always been Toyota did that intentionally to give us one thing to complain about.

I need to look through my Mouser and Digikey books and see if I can find a brighter surface mount LED that would work on the button control board.
