Steering wheel size?

    Anybody think the steering wheel is kinda small on our Prii?

    Seems a bit small to me, but that's just me.

    Might make a difference in the handling (non?) issue. It doesn't bother me. Just curious...

    Yeah, it's a bit smaller. I was looking at a steering wheel cover that fit "standard" 14 1/2 to 15 inch steering wheels. Found out after a little searching online it's a little too small- it's 14 3/8 inches.

    I actually really like it this small. Gives it that "Formula 1" feel... :)

    From test drive experience only: smallish wheel, yes, but I rather like it. All those steering wheel buttons are within easy finger reach.

    I bought a leather steering wheel cover from Wheelskins.com. I got their EuroTone two color cover (black top and bottom, sand sides). It feels GREAT!

    The steering wheel is a bit fatter and the leather gives a sure grip.

    It took about 1.5 hours to stitch it up and keep it tight.
