Stop Light Defense - current brake problem

Okay, here's the deal:

• About to run a stop sign or stop light and spy the cop monitoring the intersection.
• Slam the brakes half-way through, get out and "KICK the wheel!"

Officer,"Sir, you ran that stop sign. Why are you kicking the wheel?"

Driver,"Well sir, it is this d*mn Toyota car ... the f*ckin' brakes didn't stop when I applied them but when I applied them harder, they all but locked up! Have you heard about this on Fox?"

Officer,"Well, yes I have but you ran that stop sign. You are supposed to get them fixed."

Driver,"I know but the line at the Toyota place already had a 'the line stops here' and I was planning to go there tomorrow morning."

Officer,"Ok, I have to give you a ticket but be sure and bring the Toyota receipt for fixing the brakes to the court or court clerk and they'll dismiss the charge."

Diver,"Thank you! Thank you! This really is a miserable situation."

Driver,"Officer, I don't know what happened. I was trying to boost my speed up to the speed limit and just like Steve Woz, the car suddenly took off! Scared the BeJesus out of me! Have you seen him on FOX talking about the problem?"
