Strange noise at wheel and after engine off

Can anybody help me figure out what this sound is.

back story is

2004 Prius
backed over a curb with the front passenger wheel. Since then it has been making noise that almost sounds like the pad is sticking or maybe a line is kinked. First video is with the car off and pressing on the brake. Its loud enough to be heard inside the car while driving. I've also been told there is what sounds like a rubbing noise.

It has also started making another strange sound after turning off the car. In video below car is turned off at 3:05 and noise is at 4:30. It only does this after driving.

any help would be great.
Also if anybody knows any good prius mechanics in the Las Vegas area it seems like we might need one.
