Subscription Expired

    I recently logged into to my Toyota app to note the oil change and I get greeted with "Subscription Expired" When I clicked on "Renew Subscription" I see Trial Services and under that I see "Safety Connect" which is "Active" and Expires on Nov 26, 2023. Underneath that, I have the option to activate Wi-Fi Connect, which I don't care about. Then on the bottom, there is "Add Service". When I click on that, the only option I can add is "Safety Connect", which should be active until 11/23. Anyone else seeing this? I bought my car back in Nov/2020. Thanks in advance.
