I have had a Treo 650 for 2 months now (Cingular)
    All was working well
Today tried to send some phone numbers to the Prius and only the first three numbers come across
So if the number is 555 1212, only 555 comes across. It is followed by 4 verticle lines.

From a search, I don't see anyone else who has reported this.
    Any ideas?

Hi Ron, I had a similar problem when I transferred my phone book. I have a Sprint 650. It seemed if I had the phone number entered in the Treo with extra punctuation or digits for calling features, the whole telephone number was not in car's system. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem with my Treo650 transferring phone numbers to the Prius. Drop all punctuation, including spaces. You can use dashes as a delimiter. E.g. 123 456-7890 will transfer 123 only. (123) 456-7890 will transfer nothing. 123-456-7890 transferrs the number just fine.

Thanks for both replies. I will try re entering into the Treo without spaces/punctuation and try again.

Well, tried a transfer with a 7 digit number with no spaces or punctuation and it worked fine. I guess a Treo behaves differently with a Prius than does a Motorola phone

    Thanks for the help!
