I suggest making a forum for the Chevy Volt, putting it under "Other cars", and moving all the threads currently in the News section there. As of this writing, there are seven threads about it on the first three pages alone. I know if you dig even deeper, there are at least a dozen other threads. And most of them all say the exact same thing.

Are we going to ignore Amps and Ohms, concentrating only on Volts?

Tony's such a funny guy. I added a forum for the Volt, but I'm going to leave the "News" posts in the news forum for now since it is a "Prius & Hybrid News" forum.

    Chevy Volt - PriusChat Forums

Let me know if there are other threads that need to be moved to the Volt forum.

I assume you'll have a Volt section at hybridchat.com as well Danny? It seems a more appropriate place, overall, for such discussions. That said there's clearly a high level of interest in that car here so having a place for that seems appropriate.

    What?
You find it hard to believe that I'm actually Volty in disguise?

It all makes sense now. And Danny is really Malorn, right?

Volt forum on HybridChat is done:

Chevrolet Volt PHEV - HybridChat Forums

Right now I've only done a main forum and set the rest of the subforums to be invisible until the car is actually released :)flypig:).

Is it correct to call it an EV?

Absolutely not. It is a plug-in series hybrid and clearly not an EV. Probably best to say "Volt PHEV"

Perhaps you should offer something from the PriusChat Store to the first person to post a picture of an actual Volt "in the wild."
