    Hello all,

This is my first post having just bought a UK 2007 t-spirit with the parking assist. Love the car but the only problem I can find is the light above the sun visor on the dirvers side doesn't work. Passenger side works and I swapped the bulb round having removed the clear plastic cover, still doesn't work so I know it's not the bulb. what else can I check and how do I remove the whole sun visor light part, it was hard enough just to remove the lens cover!
Look forward to your help on this and in the coming months.

    Mike

    Hello MM:

On the U.S. G2 Prius, for the sunvisor light to work, three conditions must be "true":

    - the sunvisor light switch must be turned "on"
    - the mirror cover must be slid "open"
    - the visor must be "vertical" (pointing straight up and down).

If any of these are not true, the visor light will not work.

So for instance, if you have the switch on, and slide open the mirror door, but the visor is pointed too far forward, the light will not come on.

    Hope this helps,
