    A Simcoe farmers co-op is literally letting the rot set in as it turns locally grown sweet potatoes into biogas, ethanol and electricity.

    Good article, Beryl. Thanks. Just goes to show what can be done with just a little thought. I wonder what the energy balance of sweet potato ethanol (or better yet, butanol) is.
