I have Valenti Tail lights but worry that the reflectors don't reflect well enough. The cops around here in Northern Virginia are totally bored that I'm sure they will question my tail lights because they are tinted and unique.

I tried putting on red stick on plastic reflectors (Blazer B178SRW) on top of the tail lights and while it does do the job...it looks extremely tacky. I ended up taking them off but I'm wondering if I should buy reflector Tape instead.

Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, or photos or their setup?

First image - Stock Valenti reflector with light shined on it
Second image - Plastic reflector on top of Valenti reflector with light shined on it
Third image - Plastic reflector with no light shined on it

Depending on type of tape used, red reflector tape is quite reflective and visible. It would probably look much better than the plastic stick on reflector.

I personally would just leave it alone.....if u get a ticket then I would look into the reflective tape.

I'm going to look into the reflective tape but I was hoping to see a creative way to apply it. I won't apply it until after I get my first ticket.

xliderider, not sure how I missed that thread, thanks!

U could always apply a very small strip on the lower portion of the rear bumper so it doesn't look too getto compared too them being on the taillight.

I predict that'll never happen, but if you're worried, you can leave the lights on 100% of the time. That way, you'll always have some red in the rear.
