Techstream health check always missed the first module

    when I perform the health check, there are 14 or 15 test that are run, if you select each option. i never get the first one to run (in other words, perform the health check) and just hit continue. this is the Engine test. any ideas on what im doing wrong or how i can get the engine "read"?
