Telephone icon

    For about the past week, bluetooth connections have been dropping with some frequency. Last weekend, the telephone icon was missing from the screen (it ultimately returned after several restarts of the car). Today the icon has gone missing again but hasn't returned yet. Has anyone else had this problem and/or have any suggestions for fixing it?
