I have a 2010 Prius IV. The temperature display reads LO instead of a number, and the temperature control buttons aren't working. Has anyone encountered this problem?

The lowest setting (coldest) is LO, not a number. The highest setting (hottest) is not a number.

If you are not actively using the climate control, you cannot set the temperature. Probably explains why it isn't moving for you. Try hitting auto and then adjust the temp, it should work.

Also can go manual route by turning on/up the fan.
