Thanks for the Homelink tip

I can't remember who posted the tip about pressing the button on the mirror until it started slow blinking and THEN press the remote for the garage door opener but it worked like a charm. No repeated attempts to get it to work it just WORKED. Matter of fact a friend was having trouble getting her's to work and I drove to her house and had her Prius Homelink working in less than 5 minutes. GOD this SITE IS GREAT! Makes me look like 'SUPER PRIUS MAN' to other Prius owners.

Thanks all for your great posts! I read more than I post but that is because ya'll have forgotten more about Prii than I know.
