I was reading an article in Pop Sci not too long ago and it talk about the Cadillac version of the Volt. There is one feature that I really hope that Toyota will pick up, adjustable regenerative braking. Apparently it has paddles on the steering wheel, that let you quickly adjust the strength of regeneration system so you can recharge more. It would be great here in Ithaca with all of the hills.

    It's called the ELR.

The Volt has the ability to be driven in Low and in Sport Mode. This allows for driving without using the brake because regen is so aggressive. It makes for a pretty sporty driving experience. It's much more fun than the Prius in this configuration. :)

I drove a #@?$! at a market research event a few months ago that had this feature. It was a great feature.
