    Regarding your oracle server error code, you could try increasing the distributed_lock_timeout...

    Wouldn't do any good... none of the transactions running on the system (an isolated system used for testing) took longer than 55 seconds - the default is 60 seconds.

    As we begin to do Site Reviews again, we will add JVM information (numbering and configurations) to the diagrams to assist us in troubleshooting, as well as the functional purpose of each of the JVMs in the sites. Longer term, the Site Reviews will add to the drawings the integration systems that we are working with so that we will be able to see ALL of the potential trouble spots at a glance when we begin to work on a site, whether in an emergency, or in an upgrade project.
