The dash

    Ok. Seriously they have to change the dash. No way is my wife going to let me drive a car where she can't see the speedometer.

    And I see they must have eliminated all the dash squeaks and rattles, because there is almost nothing touching the steering column. I wonder how many times you'd end up dumping a big thirsty down there and other things start disappearing before they consider closing it up a bit.

    But in a way I'd guess that's where they'd save weight and not make it look really small inside. Make a smaller dash and make it look like its far away by placing it lower as well.

    I can't see why they would put the dash there when clearly they have been putting the dash way up in the middle like in the 2, 3, and V. Plus it would make that space unable to have a additional glove box like in the yaris which I think the C might be bassed on.

    Oh my. Well I guess we will have to see how this car pans out as the diference between toyota concepts and productions cars can be quite different. Hopefully this car has a lot of practical space in it.

    If it gives you 70 mpg with proper driving technique, they could put the speedometer in the trunk for all I care!
