Apparently some people believe it is OK to respond to an offensive act with violence. Where was Jessie after the nooses were hung? He didn't how up until the 6 assaulted a white kid.

 

The whole thing is really ugly, regardless of the reporting.

And then you get those reminders as to why people might have been upset about the nooses in the first place.
The FBI is reviewing a white supremacist Web site that purports to list the addresses of five of the six black teenagers accused of beating a white student in Jena and "essentially called for their lynching," an agency spokeswoman said Saturday.

Two arrested in noose incident near Jena, Louisiana
The passenger told police he and his family are in the Ku Klux Klan and that he had KKK tattooed on his chest, the police report said. He also said that he tied the nooses and that the brass knuckles belonged to him, the report said.
