I saw this in a parking lot today, and I'm afraid its owner has all of us beat: IMG_4665.jpg

esso gas stations used to give those away, back in the day. 'put a tiger in your tank'.

Perhaps the owner needs to buy a power winder? That's gotta take too much human energy to manually wind up every whatever miles. How much electricity could a power winder use? And an L2 240v power winder would be even faster!

I don't know. Speaking as your average walker-by, the urge to go over and wind it was very nearly irresistible. Park in a busy parking lot and you might get wound up for free.

Cute, but human power isn't all that efficient. When I was in college, I bicycled from Denver to the west coast. I spent way more on food during that trip than I would have on plane fare. :D

Actually, I read that a train beats just about anything. If there's one that matches your route.

Easy to park though. Instead of parallel parking, you can pull straight in.

If the axle of that is steel, a bit of a spear? Good tailgater repellent I guess.

    Are you sure it's a car? I think it's a large Jack-in-the-Box
