    and what does the article talk about? toyota's recent recalls. two of the recalls listed there involve toyotas. of course.

    and the title is rather misleading. the title? "most recalled cars of 2006" the material? well in the case of the prius recall there were very FEW 2006 models that were involved in the recall, and the article brought up the 2001 MY vehicle recall as well as a recall done in may of 2005.

    he doesn't bring up recalls made by other companies for non-2006 MY vehicles, except he mentions the ford/firestone exploding tires thing.

    Seems to me that a recall is a good thing. I was very happy when VW finally decided to recall my Jetta to fix the power windows that everyone had been having problems with, and then again for a mass air flow defect. Many manufacturers only recall items that they think may get them a bunch of law suits. So if Toyota finds a problem with our cars I just hope they recall it fast..................
