    seems you would have been a great candidate for built in bluetooth and
    nav. why did you not consider them?

    me? i really do not want a bunch of things hanging around. i want to toss them
    in and hide them a bit.

    Keep your eyes outside the cockpit and just listen for the warning alarm :eek:
    (if your flying the black fish, you can just autopilot ;))

    hi i do have blue tooth, which works great and as far as nav built in this car didnt have it was the last one on the lot when i bought it.

    Perfect would be a heads-up display. Looks like it would not be hard to do since the present display is projected upward to a mirror. Just aim it at the windshield. I'm sure it's more complicated with light levels and visibility factors and all that, but it would seem to make driving safer. Oh, and I would want a couple readouts from my ScanGuage up there, too.
