I want to get the enV through Verizon. Even though I know that it has Blue Tooth, I want to make sure that it will work through my car as well.

Is there any list of compatible phones? And if so, is the enV listed?

You may find that it is hard to sync your phonebook to the car.
I have also used a Motorola V3 - Sprint Mogul

Are those the only phones that can be used? Or are they just those that Toyota has user guides for?

And I'm not too concerned about being able to sync up my contacts, I have that issue now with my Razr.

We have 2 Verizon phones, Samsung SCH-U740 and LG ENV VX9900. Both connect (separately) to our 2008 Prius BT system and work fine. Only the ENV allowed transfer of contacts.

I use the Blackberry Pearl with T Mobile. No problems at all with using it with the Prius.

I just acquired a Blackberry Pearl from Verizon. While it connects through the Navigation system of my 2004 Prius, no sound comes through the system. You can dial, but you can't have a conversation, so it's useless.

The Pearl from Verizon is not one of the phones listed in the Prius compatibility list from Toyota. But the Pearl from T-Mobile is. Apparently Verizon has crippled the phone in some way.

If anyone can suggest a fix, it would be appreciated.
